This is a semi professional model tenor sax and it was the Yamaha best seller tenor saxophones in 80s.
It is a great price for a semi professional tenor saxophone. It has been replaced by YTS475 which retails for $4,295.
This saxophone produces lovely dark and mellow tone with even scaling notes to give excellent tuning.
