DR TOOT presents our first Selmer Paris Tenor Saxophone MK Vl.We are very happy to show off the newest French member to our saxophone collection. Made in 1956 and with 99% of the original silver still on, this instrument is straight and in excellent condition for its age.
The pads have lots of life still in them and the springs are needle blue steel. All corks have been replaced and all rods and screws cleaned and oiled. Selmers are sought after by Jazz musicians because of rich, warm and lyrical sound they produce.
This tenor’s serial number has only 5 digits, showing that it was made in France but assembled in USA. These particular instruments are the most desirable.
